This renovation leaves almost nothing to remind you of the old house. It went from a frumpy ranch to a stately traditional. The only visible thing left from the original homeplace is the metal garage frame that now creates a cozy firepit area in the backyard. Classic design and a large corner lot moved this spec house quickly.
